Every time I am there, I feel I am working out with friends in the spin class, total tone (Kim is the best). Parking is easy and always equipment available. I had Courtney as a trainer for 3 months and she so motivating and fun to workout with. Only complained a few times but in humor of course.

People of all physical abilities and walks of live, everyone just doing their best. Wanted to leave a review and say that I am so thankful for the daily coffee. Such a small gesture but makes a big difference for someone like me that goes to work (with a long commute) right after the gym.
