Cardio and Weights
Members have access to a dozen high definition TVs while working out on treadmills, ellipticals, stair steppers, trainers, and stationary bikes. Altogether, Club Loveland is home to over 50+ pieces of cardio equipment. Chances are you’ll never have to wait to jump into action.
Zumba is a fun dance party, using Latin and World Rhythms to groove you into shape!
Strength and Stretch (Bands)
Strengthen your body in no time! Optimize your workout while using resistance bands to strengthen upper/lower body and core. Bands are color coded for varying levels of resistance.
Turf is a fun and intense workout utilizing every inch of our turf room which is the largest in NOCO! You’ll use TRX, Terra Core, Bosu balls, battle ropes, Kettlebells, and more in this HIIT -styled group workout.
Bodypump is a full body, low impact workout using a barbell and free weights. This class is set to music with choreography and playlists from Les Mills and it will get your heart pumping. This class has minimal cardio and no jumping and is perfect for all fitness levels including beginners looking to learn how to lift weights.
A mixture of ballet, Pilates and yoga, barre is great for all fitness levels. This class involves some ballet footwork and light free weights to work the entire body. The end of each class includes a nice amount of stretching.
