Kid’s Club Hours

Monday-Thursday: 8AM-12PM & 3:30PM-6:30PM

Friday: 8AM-12PM & 3:00PM-5:30PM

Saturday: 8:30AM-12PM

So happy and glad I came back to this gym. This gym is clean, and the staff is amazing! Every time I am there, I feel I am working out with friends in the spin class, total tone (Kim is the best).  Parking is easy and always equipment available. I had Courtney as a trainer for 3 months and she so motivating and fun to workout with. This is the best gym membership Ive ever held. I love the community / small town feel, workers are very kind and helpful, the people who attend are also polite. People of all physical abilities and walks of live, everyone just doing their best.

Wanted to leave a review and say that I am so thankful for the daily coffee. Such a small gesture but makes a big difference for someone like me that goes to work (with a long commute) right after the gym.
