Guest Pass is valid on the first day of usage at Club Loveland at Orchards only and must be redeemed within next 7 days. An $8.00/day fee will be due upon guest pass redemption. All members must remain with their guests while using the club. User must not have been a guest or member of Club Loveland. Photo ID required. No other discounts can be used with this offer. Limit of one guest pass per member every 6 months. Must be at least 18 years old or 12 with parent or legal guardian. Kids Club, personal training, and private swim lessons available for additional fee. Not for re-sale or transfer. No cash value. Offer may expire without prior notice. Because physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to risk, Club Loveland at Orchards urges you to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before using any exercise equipment or participating in any exercise activity. You (each member, guest, or participant) agree that if you engage in any physical exercise or activity, or use any club amenity on the premises, you do so entirely at your own risk. This includes, without limitation, your use of the locker room, parking area, sidewalk area, or any equipment in the premises and assume all risks of injury, illness, damage or loss or theft of any personal property. You also agree to abide by all Club Loveland at Orchards rules and regulations. You expressly agree to waiver and release of liability includes, without limitation, all injuries to you which may occur as a result of (a) your use of any exercise equipment, products and club amenities, (b) the adjacent sidewalks and parking areas regardless of negligence. Your marking the waiver checkbox acknowledges that you have carefully read this waiver and release and fully understand that it is a release of liability. You agree to voluntarily give up any right that you may otherwise have to bring a legal action against Club Loveland at Orchards for negligence, or any other personal injury or property damage or loss action.
