Our indoor cycling classes are far more than just riding a stationary bike. Between different body positions, pedal speed, resistance, hill climbs, sprints, and coasting, our spin classes are no ride in the park. You’ll feel that endorphin boosting, burn in your quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves and core in every class.

Club Loveland at Orchards is home to the latest technology in fitness classes. Les Mills Virtual provides professional group fitness programming on your schedule with instant access. If you can’t make it one of our instructor-led fitness classes, we’ll have on-screen instructor-led fitness classes preloaded for your convenience. Step inside the Club Love theater, select the exercise class you’d like to take from our extensive library of hundreds of classes, and press play!
Pilates is a practice that focuses on developing core strength, balance, and flexibility. With the use of the reformer you can achieve movements and positions that activate your core while relying on the extremities to aid in applying resistance and control, strengthening your core while achieving increased overall balance and flexibility.
