I have been in the fitness industry since 2009 after receiving my B.S. from Grand Canyon University, where I played college baseball. I am passionate about fitness and changing someone’s day within an hour. Over the years, I realized that everyone should floss their joints like they floss their teeth.

While mobility is my main focus, I am committed to providing a variety of workouts that are not only challenging but fun, no matter what your age!

I have worked with clientele ranging from 13 to 86 years old. I take the time to understand your fitness goals and your personal limitations. From there I provide an individualized attack to help you meet and exceed your goals. No day will be the same, but each day will bring you closer to your goals! Currently, I reside in Berthoud and love to enjoy the outdoors with my spouse Tawnya, and son Taysom.

In December of 2022, I graduated with my B.S. in Exercise Science with a Minor in Music! During my time at the University of Northern Colorado. I did my year-long internship at UNC’s Cancer Rehab Center using exercise to help cancer patients negate the effects of their treatments.

I am an ACSM-certified Exercise Physiologist focusing on functional training to help you build lifelong strength and endurance.

Training sessions are based on your fitness goals and up-to-date training principles. Combining strength, endurance, and balance is a great way to increase quality of life, maximize weight loss, restore painful joint function, and lower the risk of falls.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for fitness. I have over 10 years of experience as a health advocate and fitness professional. I love learning about movement and exercise. My experience is not isolated to the gym. I love movement in all its forms, gaining experience in the following: dancing, swimming, athletics, kickboxing, martial arts, and aerobics.

I am excited to help you reach your goals. I have experience programming and training people of all ages and fitness/health levels. Don’t let my smile fool you, you will work hard! With a positive attitude, I aim to motivate you and make your day better than it was before training. I believe everyone is unique and my programming reflects that, customize programs for each of my client’s needs and limitations. Just a couple of tricks up my sleeves are breaking down movement patterns to their most basic parts, and providing tips and advice to perfect your form.

Hey! I’m Joe Gunn, I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer With over 7 years of training experience and numerous NASM certifications including Specializations in Corrective Exercise, and Fittness Nutrition, as well as being full Body Specialist Certified In Muscle Activation Techniques®.

I love people and love my job! I have experience working with people of all ages, and fitness levels and I really enjoy coming alongside my clients to problem solve and make the gym fun and effective for each individual!
