I have been in the fitness industry since 2009 after receiving my B.S. from Grand Canyon University, where I played college baseball. I am passionate about fitness and changing someone’s day within an hour. Over the years, I realized that everyone should floss their joints like they floss their teeth.

While mobility is my main focus, I am committed to providing a variety of workouts that are not only challenging but fun, no matter what your age!

I have worked with clientele ranging from 13 to 86 years old. I take the time to understand your fitness goals and your personal limitations. From there I provide an individualized attack to help you meet and exceed your goals. No day will be the same, but each day will bring you closer to your goals! Currently, I reside in Berthoud and love to enjoy the outdoors with my spouse Tawnya, and son Taysom.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for fitness. I have over 10 years of experience as a health advocate and fitness professional. I love learning about movement and exercise. My experience is not isolated to the gym. I love movement in all its forms, gaining experience in the following: dancing, swimming, athletics, kickboxing, martial arts, and aerobics.

I am excited to help you reach your goals. I have experience programming and training people of all ages and fitness/health levels. Don’t let my smile fool you, you will work hard! With a positive attitude, I aim to motivate you and make your day better than it was before training. I believe everyone is unique and my programming reflects that. I customize programs for each of my client’s needs and limitations. Just a couple of tricks up my sleeves are breaking down movement patterns to their most basic parts, and providing tips and advice to perfect your form.

With my time in fitness, I use my experience to provide a safe and efficient training environment making you smile and cry all at the same time.

Hey! I’m Joe Gunn, I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer With over 7 years of training experience and numerous NASM certifications including Specializations in Corrective Exercise, and Fittness Nutrition, as well as being full Body Specialist Certified In Muscle Activation Techniques®.

I love people and love my job! I have experience working with people of all ages, and fitness levels and I really enjoy coming alongside my clients to problem solve and make the gym fun and effective for each individual!

In my free time I enjoy fishing, being outdoors and football as well as attending church and spending time with friends and family! NASM Certified CES, FNS, CPT, mental toughness and more. Fitness has always been my passion and has been an integral part of my whole life. I was an elite level gymnast and then went to college on a sports scholarship and won the NCAA Championship for 4 years and was an All American on two events. I have been a group fitness instructor since the late 1980’s and then added personal training in the late 1990’s. My career has been as a physical therapist while always keeping my hand in the fitness world. I am at a point in my career that I am switching my focus from physical therapy to a more fitness centered focus. I will be personal training, teaching classes, and I also will be instructing on the pilates reformer. I look forward to helping everyone I see to improve their fitness level, balance, coordination and to exercise at their best functional ability.
