Change Up Your Routine with High-Intensity Interval Training

Stop in the high-intensity interval training center and try a HIIT workout at Club Loveland for yourself! If you’re unfamiliar with HIIT, the workouts call for cycles of high-intensity exercise intervals alternating with periods of lower intensity intervals of active recovery. In a nutshell, these anaerobic workouts train your body to “keep up” by increasing your heart rate, elevating your metabolism, toning your body, and enhancing your functional strength. The timed intervals of intensity boost endurance and, ultimately, when you stop exercising, your metabolism remains at an elevated rate causing you to burn more calories and more body fat.

 

Best of all, we scale HIIT workouts to your fitness level. This ensures you condition your body efficiently, prevent injury, and have fun blasting away stubborn fat. TRX Suspension Training

Following just one TRX suspension training class, we bet you’ll be hard pressed to find a better strength training class than TRX at Club Loveland. Our strength trainers and fitness instructors perform circuits with TRX and other equipment like kettlebells, jump ropes, medicine balls, agility ladders and more to diversify our member’s training. Regardless of skill level of goal, whether you’re a young or seasoned athlete or just getting into a new fitness regime, TRX provides great results and is the perfect strength and cardio workout to step up your fitness.
