Cycle Classes

Just keep spinning! Club Loveland is turning up the tension inside our cycle class studio. Our indoor cycling classes are far more than just riding a stationary bike. Between different body positions, pedal speed, resistance, hill climbs, sprints, and coasting, our spin classes are no ride in the park. You’ll feel that endorphin boosting, burn in your quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves and core in every class.
Our bikes have adjustable toe cages and straps so you can use any kind of athletic shoe while cycling. Our pedals also have clips so you can attach your cycling shoes directly to the pedals with the right cleat attachment. While it’s not mandatory, we encourage clipping in so you can power up, pedal strong, and stay as secured as possible.
If you’re new to cycling, we can’t wait to introduce you to rides of a lifetime! Paired with an amped up, adrenaline playlist, of course. Take a seat, grab the handlebars, and tap into our Les Mills virtual RPM classes.
Our instructors are experienced & motivated to guide you through a challenging and arguably the most fun you will have cycling indoors!
Cycle classes are included in your Club Loveland gym membership.
