I believe yoga has the power to radically improve overall health and wellness; therefore, I strive to make yoga accessible and possible for every body. If you can breathe, you can do yoga. My style of teaching focuses on patiently and compassionately empowering people of any age and ability to discover a yoga practice which benefits them in the present moment. Yoga is not about accomplishing a pose; it is about being on an adventurous journey of discovery. My current life mission is wholeheartedly and passionately embracing this human experience called Life and savoring every moment, while also supporting and guiding individuals throughout their personal journeys of self-discovery and wholistic well-being. I am passionate about cultivating healthy and honest relationships and pursuing radiant well-being, love, grace, and peace with myself and others. I am also an avid student, practitioner, caring teacher, wellness coach, and writer on the topics of yoga and natural and wholistic methods of living, health, and healing. It is my utmost joy and blessing to share yoga with our members and guests!
