At Club Loveland, we offer an incredible range of Group Fitness Classes to help you meet your fitness goals, meet new friends, and have fun doing it. HIIT, Cycle, Bands, Pilates, Yoga & Heated Yoga, Turf Team Training, BODYPUMP, Core & More, Next Level Swim, Reformers. You name it – we’ve got it!
CYCLE CLASSES
Our indoor cycling classes are far more than just riding a stationary bike. Between different body positions, pedal speed, resistance, hill climbs, sprints, and coasting, our spin classes are no ride in the park. You’ll feel that endorphin boosting, burn in your quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves and core in every class.
Cycle classes are included in your Club Loveland gym membership.
LES MILLS VIRTUAL
Club Loveland at Orchards is home to the latest technology in fitness classes. Les Mills Virtual provides professional group fitness programming on your schedule with instant access. If you can’t make it one of our instructor-led fitness classes, we’ll have on-screen instructor-led fitness classes preloaded for your convenience. Step inside the Club Love theater, select the exercise class you’d like to take from our extensive library of hundreds of classes, and press play!
Pilates
Pilates is a practice that focuses on developing core strength, balance, and flexibility. With the use of the reformer you can achieve movements and positions that activate your core while relying on the extremities to aid in applying resistance and control, strengthening your core while achieving increased overall balance and flexibility.
Yoga
Explore, deepen, and awaken your mind, body, and spirit through Club Loveland’s yoga classes. Get introduced to posture and breath work in their elemental form. Learn how the repetition of asanas can help increase range of motion, deliver key nutrients to your muscles, and elevate your heart rate.

Group Fitness Classes
Bodypump
Mon/Wed/Fri – 9:15am, Sat 10am
Mon/Wed – 5:30pm & Tues/Thurs 4pm
Bodypump is a choreographed weightlifting class from international fitness powerhouse Les Mills. In this class, the instructor does all the reps with the class while giving cues for safe form. Upbeat playlists, challenging choreography, and a fun atmosphere make this class perfect for beginners as well as pros. This class is low impact.
Zumba
Tues/Thurs – 8am
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
Gentle Yoga & Deep Stretch Yoga
Mon/Wed/Fri – 10:30am
Our yoga classes are great for all levels of fitness and are meant to calm and strengthen your body. Our classes utilize breathwork with slow movements and holding postures to release tension and reduce stress in the body. Each instructor has a slightly different practice, try them all to find your favorite!
Mat Pilates
Tues/Thurs – 9am
Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. This class is great for all levels and is low-impact. Pilates can help increase your flexibility, mobility, and strength.
Pool & Turf/HIIT Rooms
Aqua Zumba/Aqua Motion
Tues/Thurs – 9:10am
Our aqua classes mix dance with water resistance to provide a fun and effective workout in the pool!
Total Tone
Mon/Wed – 5:00pm
Total Tone is an awesome class to end your day! This workout will utilize body weight and kettlebells, dumbbells, and other items to give you a quick and effective full-body workout!
Turf Training/HIIT
Turf: Tues/Thurs – 8:30am & 5:00pm
Saturday – 10am
HIIT: Tues/Thurs – 5:30am
Turf Training and HIIT classes are a fun, small-group workout that focuses on high-intensity interval training to quickly work and exhaust your muscles like no other class can. Held in our giant turf room, this class requires no signup.
YOGA/Barre Room
Flow Yoga
Monday – 6:30pm
This class has options for any fitness level. Many options & modifications are given to help enhance the moves & poses. The last 7-10 minutes of each class is devoted to relaxation and meditation.
Strength & Stretch
Mon/Wed – 9:15am & 10:30am
Thurs – 1pm
This class is great for any fitness level as it is low-impact and easy on the joints. Utilizing Stroops Bands and free weights as well as body weight exercises, this class will help you strengthen your entire body and increase your mobility all while enjoying a small group fitness atmosphere.
Stick Mobility
Thurs – 10:45am
This class is low-impact and one of the best ways to stretch! Your instructor will show you new and different ways to stretch every part of your body with special “sticks” so that you leave feeling refreshed and limber.
Barre
Mon/Wed – 4:30pm
Tues – 9:15am
Thur – 9:30am
Fri – 10am
Barre (pronounced BAR) is a fun and addicting way to mix ballet, Pilates, and yoga into an effective leg, glute, and core workout like none other. Body weight, Bender Balls, small hand weights, and resistance bands are all utilized in conjunction with pulsing to create muscle tone you can’t get from other classes.
Core & More
Mon/Wed – 8am
This unique class is going to help you gain strength in your entire body! Using resistance bands, Terra Cores, free weights, and bodyweight exercises, this class will get your heart rate up and help you build muscle each time you come to class.
Cycle Classes
Sunrise Spin
Mon/Wed/Fri – 5:30am
An energetic way to start your day! This traditional cycle class will get your heart racing and blood pumping with sprints and hills. With a fun playlist and amazing instructor there’s no better way to start your day!
HIIT Cycle
Mon/Wed – 5:30pm
Sat – 8:30am
This class has either 30 or 45-minute formats that will give you bursts of cardio and high-intensity interval training to really get your body moving! This class is great for all levels and body types and is an effective way to increase your metabolism through quick bursts of effort and small recovery time in between sets of cardio.
Trifecta Cycle
Mon – 8:00am
Push your limits on the bike while also understanding the power of your breath and mind. Put out more work with less effort and recover faster with a focus on breathing techniques all while jamming to a motivational playlist.
