This position plays a key role in building strong, long-lasting relationships with members, employees, and the community although primarily for the purpose of retaining and growing the clubs membership. Job Duties and Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Applicant must possess a passion for providing high quality Member service and commitment to exceeding expectations
- Implements membership strategies that support recruitment of new members and retention of existing members.
- Creates a member-focused culture and models relationship-building skills in all interactions
- Responsible for obtaining qualified leads through internal and external marketing efforts, setting appointments, and enrolling new members by using company sponsored presentation tools
- Promoting and selling established Club Loveland services such as Personal Training, specialized classes and any other additional services applicable at point of sale and thereafter.
- Prior experience in sales is great, but if you are passionate about health & fitness, we will teach you and give the tools to succeed. We are not a high-pressure sales team.
- Every Club Loveland team member will be required help keep our new club, exceptionally clean! Each shift will begin or end with 15 minutes of cleaning and/or organizing of the entire club. We are a TEAM at Club Loveland and every team member is of equal importance and vital to the success of our business!
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful work experience in a customer service position
- Ability to effectively use computer programs and office equipment
- Creativity, attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Applicant must exhibit a professional appearance
- Ability to pass a back ground check
- CPR certified
The Front Desk Attendant position is at the center of our everyday operations. It is up to our front desk team to leave a lasting impression on our members. We are seeking warm, welcoming, and detail-oriented individuals who are looking to become a team member at Club Loveland.
Job Duties and Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Verbally acknowledges all incoming & outgoing quests
- Checks each member into the gym using the proper check-in procedures
- Ensures that guests and appointments are directed to the appropriate person in a prompt, professional manner
- Addresses caller’s requests and/or takes appropriate messages
- Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns
- Assists with towels and other materials as needed
- Reserves time/makes appointments for Personal Training or other activities as needed
- Processes retail and concession sales
- Cleans and maintains the front desk area & follows proper opening and closing procedures as assigned
- Logs all maintenance concerns that are reported
- Notifies management of gym incidents that requires incident reports
- Presents a healthy lifestyle and fitness professionalism at all times
- Has a thorough understanding of overall club systems and operations and enforces procedures and policies

Club Loveland is looking for hardworking & trustworthy team players who have experience in housekeeping and/or cleaning. Job Duties and Tasks for include but are not limited to:
- Arrive to work at scheduled time, perform services to established standards.
- Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilet, mirrors, benches, lockers, showers & replenish supplies in restrooms and locker rooms
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and/or hand scrub floors using brooms & mops
- Make sure all towels are finished and/or ready for next cycle.
- Complete cleaning check list including updating supply list
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks, use or products or supplies.
Requirements:
- Experience in a cleaning service environment is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to speak and write English fluently and relay information between the manager
- Ability to pass a back ground check
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is preferred, but not required

Club Loveland is looking for caring, compassionate team players who have experience caring for children ages six weeks to 12 years. We are committed to providing top quality care and our goal is to enhance the lives of every child that attends Club Loveland’s Kids Club.
Job Duties and Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Observe and monitor children’s play activities.
- Read to children, play games and help them create and/or engage in simple painting, drawing, handicrafts, and songs.
- Help children with homework and school work.
- Support children’s emotional needs and comfort them as needed.
- Sanitize toys and play equipment throughout the all shifts that keeps all of the interactive areas sanitary and safe
- Change diapers and clothes when needed
- Communicate with parents and team members regarding a child’s individual issues

Club Loveland is looking to hire a team of dynamic, motivated and integrity driven certified Personal Trainers. Our PT positions start as part-time. Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Providing excellent customer service and helping to maintain a positive user experience.
- Create and deliver a variety of personal training workouts for a wide range of clients.
- Build a client base, and recruit new personal training clients
- Writing workout plans for clients to be executed both with and without supervision.
- Programming for clients; 1:1, duo training and in small groups.
- The ability to take initiative, collaborate and provide support to the personal training team.
- Designated floor time for consultations, member services, tabling and other responsibilities.
- Administrative duties include; phone calls, scheduling, client workouts, keeping client files and other correspondence within the fitness department.

- 1-2 years of previous personal training experience
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification
- Understanding of nutrition and weight loss
- Basic sales experience in selling personal training
- Comfortable with public speaking
- Good writing skills to include; client reports, online posts, articles and coaching tips
- Ability to pass a back ground check
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology / Exercise Science related field
- Advanced certifications and specializations in fitness
- 3-5 years of previous personal training experience
- Sales experience in selling personal training
- Public speaking / speaking in large groups / interviews
